mylune
Private by architecture

The private period tracker that never sees your data.

A private period tracker keeps your cycle data on your device instead of a company server. mylune goes further than most apps: it has no account and no cloud, so your period, symptoms, and notes stay on your phone and are never uploaded, sold, or exposed in a breach.

What makes a period tracker actually private

Most apps call themselves private because of a policy they could change tomorrow. mylune is private because of how it is built.

It stays on your device

Your period dates, symptoms, moods, and notes are stored on your phone only. mylune has no server that holds your health data, so there is no central copy to leak, sell, or hand over.

It has no account

No email, no phone number, no sign-in. Nothing ties your cycle history to your identity, because there is no identity to attach it to.

It carries no trackers

mylune contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no crash-reporting SDK. No Firebase, no Google Analytics, no Facebook SDK. There is nothing quietly reporting on you in the background.

It is verifiable

Privacy you cannot check is just a promise. mylune makes no outbound network request that carries health data, which anyone can confirm with a network proxy tool.

Cloud trackers versus mylune

Cloud period apps
  • Data synced to company servers
  • Account tied to your identity
  • Can be subpoenaed or breached
  • Often funded by ads or data
mylune
  • Data stays on your device
  • No account, no identity attached
  • Nothing on a server to subpoena
  • Free forever, funded by partnerships

Private, and still a great tracker

Privacy does not mean fewer features. mylune predicts your period and ovulation window, tracks moods, sleep, and energy, and suggests phase-based self-care, all on your device. When you want to share, a Doctor Visit PDF export puts you in control of exactly what leaves your phone and when.

For moments when privacy needs to be physical, App Lock keeps mylune behind your device passcode and Stealth Mode disguises it as a calculator on your home screen. See the full feature list.

mylune is a wellness app for understanding your body, not a medical device.
